"Accross all industries, leaders will use the lessons the pandemic taught us in this large-scale work from home experience to resee the way of working and the role offices should play in a creative and bold way to safeguard employees and migrate to a new way of working.
Old-school offices will gradually make place for modular offices with spaces for meeting and sharing knowledge. That way, employees can rediscover the joy of leaving their homes for a workplace that facilitates the mending demand of social fabric".
