STATEMENT

The Growners S.A. and Tetrys S.A. companies have been the subject of a takeover bid according to the provisions of the article 7:82 of the Belgian Code of Companies and Associations. Both procedures have been finalized since April 2022.  The third-party shareholders who did not answer to the takeover bid may obtain the payment of their titles by contacting the Deposit and Consignment Office, info.cdcdck@minfin.fed.be.
