Growners is the name of SV Patrimonia, a company which has been operating in the commercial property sector since 2003.

We specialise in the purchase of office buildings and industrial spaces which we partition into units for sale or rent . Our business can also extend to the renovation of these buildings and the reallocation of sites before placing them on the market. These units are more easily accessible to SMEs who wish to own their commercial spaces and investors alike who are looking to diversify their property portfolio.
